I’m not sure why there is so much negativity on here, Platnium was assigned to me by First American. So far they are the only contractor that called me the same day I reported an issue and scheduled an appointment. The tech was nice, efficient, and most importantly on time. No Complaints.

I used Sarkis and his crew to install 2 central air/heating systems in my home, and in a rental I own. In both cases the work was done quickly, cleanly and expertly. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the cost was very competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and do definitely recommend them.

My 88 year old mother’s air conditioning went out on a 98 degree day!  After calling several companies that would only come out “later in the week,” Nory came to the rescue in less than three hours. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem in less than a half hour, he was extra kind to my Mom. That’s how you make a loyal customer. Thank you, Nory!

I found Platinum via a friends recommendation. My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air in my condo. I called and within the hour Tom, the technician, was checking my unit. He diagnosed the problem, my coil, and gave me an estimate. I made a few calls and compared pricing, which is what Tom advised me to do. I decided to go with Platinum because they had the best price and Tom said he could do the pair right away. All said and done, my a/c works great now! I’m so happy with the service and price and Tom. Tom was super knowledgeable and efficient and says he is available any day, any time. Highly recommended.
